The application called "Mobic@l" is a technical and practical tool designed to facilitate the calculation of the costs of withdrawing and sending money transfers through the channels of mobile telephone companies in the Republic of Congo. Mobic@l thus has the following functions: Quick calculation of shipping costs, quick calculation of withdrawal costs, quick calculation of commissions for operators of Mobile Money and Airtel Money shops and kiosks.
